Dave The Paver Guy agrees to provide masonry services as described in the project proposal or contract provided to the customer. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment terms will be as specified in the project proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Dave The Paver Guy reserves the right to stop work if payments are not made in a timely manner.

Dave The Paver Guy will use high-quality materials for the masonry work, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to materials must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

 Dave The Paver Guy offers a 1 year warranty on installation & materials for the masonry services provided. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Dave The Paver Guy will make every effort to complete the work in a timely manner. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or material shortages may impact the project timeline.  Dave The Paver Guy will communicate any delays to the customer as soon as possible.

Dave The Paver Guy will not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the masonry work, except in cases of negligence on the part of Dave The Paver Guy. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of their property during the construction process.

Either party may terminate the contract for masonry work in writing if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under the agreement. In the event of termination, the customer will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
